Who Was Brian L. Webb?
Brian practiced family law from 1975 until his passing in 2019 and was Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization beginning in 1980. He represented clients in sophisticated and highly sensitive matters, including prominent leaders in business, law, medicine, professional sports, politics, the arts, and the media.
Beyond the courtroom, Brian helped strengthen the profession itself. He wrote and graded specialization examinations, taught matrimonial property at SMU Dedman School of Law, co-authored a multi-volume family law treatise, and led major state, national, and international family law organizations.
