Kelvin Malone

Kelvin Malone was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has spent the last three decades practicing nearly every type of case under the Texas Family Code, including divorces, annulments, juvenile cases, protective orders, habeas corpus, property and support enforcements, custody suits affecting the parent-child relationship and modifications, as well as terminations and adoptions. Before joining the Webb Family Law Firm in February 2020, he was in solo practice from January 1996. He is thrilled to be part of a well-respected team of top-notch attorneys and an unmatched support team.

Kelvin is an active member of the Texas Family Law Foundation and participates in the Foundation’s Legislative Review Committee. He writes and presents legal articles. His favorite part of being a family law litigator is working with his clients on a personal level to efficiently resolve difficult legal situations.

Kelvin enjoys spending quality time with his son, David. His favorite pastimes include reading, cooking, and hosting dinners with family and friends. He is also involved in various ministries at his parish, St. Michael’s in Garland. A fun fact that most don’t know about him is that he once ran for Congress.
