Overview
Kelvin Malone was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has spent the last 25 years practicing nearly every kind of case in family code including divorces, annulments, juvenile, protective orders, habeas corpus, property & support enforcements, SAPCRs and modifications, terminations and adoptions. Before joining the Webb Family Law Firm, in February 2020, he has acted a solo practitioner, since January 1996. He is thrilled to be a part of a well respected team of top notch attorneys and an unmatched support team.
Kelvin is an active member of the Texas Family Law Foundation. His favorite part of being a family law litigator is relating to each individual client on a personal level and efficiently resolving their difficult legal situation.
Being a family man himself, Kelvin enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife and their son, age 8. His favorite past times include reading, cooking and hosting events with family and friends. A fun fact that most don’t know about him is that he once ran for Congress
