Who is Kelvin Malone?
Born and raised in Dallas, Kelvin Malone has spent three decades practicing nearly every type of matter under the Texas Family Code. His experience includes divorce, annulment, juvenile matters, protective orders, habeas corpus proceedings, property and support enforcement, custody suits, modifications, termination of parental rights, and adoption.
Before joining Webb Family Law in February 2020, Kelvin maintained a solo practice from January 1996. He values working with clients on a personal level and focuses on resolving difficult legal situations efficiently, with practical advice grounded in extensive family law experience.
Kelvin is active in the Texas Family Law Foundation and its Legislative Review Committee. He also writes and presents legal articles and serves in ministries at St. Michael’s in Garland.
